Mr. S. Kishotharan graduated from University of Jaffna in 2024 with Bachelor of the Science of Engineering Honours (First Class) degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He then served as an Academic Instructor for six months at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Jaffna. He is currently working as a Lecturer (On contract) attached to the Department of Civil Engineering. He is also an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL).
