Dr. J. Jananie finished her PhD in Computer Engineering at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Her thesis title is " Autonomous Serverless Computing with Cost-Efficiency and QoS-Awareness". She is attached to the Department of Computer Engineering from 01.01.2016. She received her BSc in Computer Science degree with 1st class honors from University of Jaffna in 2014.


  • Three times awarded Honors (4.0) 2019-2021 in PhD in Computer Engineering at University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
  • Teaching Assistantship at University of Louisiana at Lafayette (2019-2022).
  • Research Assistantship at University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Summer 2019-2022).
  • Sabhalingam Memorial prize for the best performance at the general degree examination in Science Level1G 2009
    University prize for the best performance in physical science at the general degree examination in Science Level1G 2009.
