Dr. Thiyagarajah Lesly Vannarajah is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Kelaniya, an MBA from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Kamaraj University, India. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) specializing in Marketing Management from the University of Jaffna.
Dr. Vannarajah has extensive academic and industry experience, having served as a Lecturer in the Management Stream at the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE) for over 13 years, and as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Jaffna. His research interests include entrepreneurship, marketing management, tourism development, SME performance, and customer relationship management. He has published numerous research papers in international journals and conferences. His teaching focuses on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications to prepare students for dynamic professional environments
