The University of Jaffna has recruited laboratory attendants purely based on performance in the examination and interview. It is a golden opportunity to get five of those laboratory attendants to the Faculty of Engineering. This will help to build up the faculty with the performance based human resources. The faculty thanks all the top level officers from the University, UGC and the Ministry of Higher Education for their help in the recruitment process. Permission was granted by the Ministry to recruit through open advertisement. Out of over 1000 applicants, who went through selection process, the University was to select the top performed candidates into this position.
