The “Waste for Life” workshop was hosted by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Jaffna, Kilinochchi on 24th October 2016. This is another service from the Australian-Sri Lankan University partnerships project on developing community-based waste recycling businesses. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for local business to experience first-hand on what the “Waste for Life Program” is about and how it can potentially offer economic opportunities to local communities.
