The meeting was held at the board room of the Faculty of Engineering. Professor Attalage gave an excellent presentation on the current status of the commercialization of projects from the University of Moratuwa and the methodology they used for this purpose. Followed by the meeting, a poster presentation of the students’ projects was also organized. This is a timely and potential concept on boosting the country’s economy through promoting the SMEs while commercializing the potential research projects. The faculty thanks the GIZ and the UGC for taking this forward throughout the country while helping the University of Jaffna.
